As a homemaker, I just wanted to look and feel good again — to fit into clothes I loved. I had spent years dieting the wrong way: skipping meals, cutting calories, trying all sorts of fad programs. Nothing lasted, and I felt like I was stuck in a cycle.

The Results:
My goal was to lose 5 kg — and I did! In fact, I went beyond that and lost 7 kg total, even after finishing the program. The best part is, I’ve maintained it since. My energy is up, my skin looks better, and my confidence has returned.
Now:
This program taught me to understand my body — how food, digestion, and fat burning really work. I’m no longer ‘on a diet’; I’m just living healthier and happier. And now, as a consultant, I want to help others feel this freedom too.
