As a ski instructor with over 10 years working on the slopes, I always considered myself active and fit. But despite eating less and exercising regularly, I struggled to lose weight effectively.
That changed when I committed to a new approach - CNFCD - starting July 1, 2024.
In just three months, I lost an incredible 13.2 kg, including 9.8 kg of body fat, and reduced my body fat percentage by 10.5%.
The transformation has been more than just numbers—my body now feels stronger, leaner, and healthier than it did when I was younger. This journey has completely reshaped my understanding of health and fitness and what’s truly possible with the right guidance and consistency.
