I’m a 35-year-old cardiovascular surgeon. As someone working in healthcare, I’ve always believed in evidence, science, and long-term health strategies over quick fixes. That’s why, when my wife Sunny first introduced me to CNFCD, I was honestly skeptical.
In fact, one of the main reasons I joined the program was because I wanted to challenge it for myself. I wanted to see whether it truly worked and whether it could genuinely help people become healthier in a sustainable way.
I started the CNFCD program in May 2022, not expecting dramatic results so quickly. But within just two weeks, I lost 5 kg and reduced my body fat from 14% to 9%.

Of course, seeing physical changes that quickly was encouraging, but what impressed me most wasn’t the short-term transformation. It was the fact that nearly four years later, I’ve maintained the results without rebound weight gain.

As a cardiac surgeon, I see firsthand how excess body fat, poor metabolic health, and unhealthy lifestyle habits can affect long-term health outcomes.
Through my own experience, I’ve come to believe that the most effective way to truly reduce excess body fat is not through temporary shortcuts or extreme methods, but through a sustainable lifestyle and a focused fat-loss strategy that people can realistically maintain for life.
What I appreciated about CNFCD was that it provided a structured and realistic approach. It didn’t just improve my body composition — it also helped strengthen long-term health habits that are sustainable even with a demanding career and lifestyle.
For anyone considering joining CNFCD or just beginning their journey, my advice is simple: focus on sustainability, not shortcuts. Real results come from building habits that support your health consistently over time.
I joined the program as a skeptic, but I'm now encouraging others to try it.
