Negative Energy Balance
In a state of negative energy balance, the human body typically needs to expend at least 2000 Kcal per day.

Reduce Fat Synthesis
Carbohydrates serve as both a direct source of fat and an essential nutrient for the brain.
However, consuming an excessive amount of carbohydrates can lead to the accumulation of new fat.

Enhance Fat Utilisation
Obesity is not merely a result of excessive nutrient intake, but rather a manifestation of inflammation due to nutrient deficiency.
Therefore, the body requires ample nutrients, including various enzymes and coenzymes, to regulate metabolic balance.
The 4 Essential ingredients
to lose weight and fats without exericse. All FOUR are essential. If we neglect even one of these pieces of the puzzle, results will be affected.
Optimal Nutrition
We need to fuel our body, whilst keeping a negative energy balance, so high nutrition is important. We also want to ensure our digestive organs have the necessary nutrients to function optimally, and produce the many enzymes, coenzymes and cofactors that help to optimise the Tricarboxylic Acid (TCA) cycle (to burn stored fat!) We do this by adding the WOW cookie with our meals. Note that simply eating less (without high levels of nutrition) can lead to hair loss, skin and nail issues, hormonal disruption, loss of muscle (from skeletal muscles or organs) and the overal sickly, haggard look with sunken cheeks and fatigue.

Optimal Sugar Levels
There is an optimal blood sugar level for burning fat. And that's where we try to keep it during your WOW journey. Eliminating the sugar spikes helps to prevent excess sugar from being stored as fat. And ensuring that you don't go hungry or fast for too long and go into hypoglycemia. If not, it will stop your fat stores from being locked up and unavailable to be utilised, which also triggers your body for hunger and cravings.

Optimal Burn
The TCA cycle is how our body produces energy to walk, move, digest food and essentially 'live'. WOW protocols are designed to prioritise and optimise fat as the preferred fuel source for the TCA cycle. This enhances utilisation of fat stores which allows us to lose weight and fats well, including the stubborn (and dangerous) visceral fats!

Optimal Gut
Without a healthy gut, both the physical digestive tract as well as the environment inside the gut, it's tough to lose weight. For those who have stomach, intestine and digestive issues (from leaky gut, reflux, indigestion, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, loss of appetite etc) we have additional protocols that support your gut health. In this way, we can help the gut heal, close up tight junctions of leaky gut syndrome, and improve the gut flora / microbiome so that you lose weight better, and resolve those annoying symptoms too.

The Process
There are three Little Tiny Steps to help you achieve your weight loss goals. So long as you show up, and follow the recommendations (even just 80%), you'll need to buy new pants!
1Losing Phase
You'll be given daily recommendations to eat real food, including protein, vegetables, apples etc whilest maintaining a negative energy balance. Enjoy watching the weight drop!
2Transition Phase
This is the Most Important step. We desensitise the WOW protocols so your body learns to function without intervention. Transition prepares you to leave the WOW program. You will also learn, trust, observe & adjust.
3Stabilisation Phase
